Boss Med Clinic
B.O.S.S. (Boss Med Clinic) is a physician led Rapid Access Addiction Medicine clinic in Burlington, Ontario. I designed and built the clinic's website: a calm, accessible presence for a service where people often arrive in crisis and the priority is getting them into care fast.

The Problem
Addiction care carries stigma, and a clinic website is often the first and most private step someone takes toward help. This site had to do the opposite of what healthcare sites usually do: no jargon walls, no judgment, no friction. It needed to communicate rapid, low barrier access immediately, lay out a wide range of evidence based treatments without overwhelming a person in a vulnerable moment, and make the next step impossible to miss.
The Solution
I designed around clarity and calm: soft clinical light tones, generous type, and a hierarchy that puts the single most important promise first, care with appointments available within 24 hours. A persistent phone number and a prominent Schedule an Appointment action follow the visitor down the page. The services, from safer supply and Methadone, Suboxone and Sublocade to alcohol and stimulant use disorder support and hepatitis C screening, are presented in plain, non judgmental language that respects the reader. Multiple pharmacy locations and seven day physician availability are surfaced clearly, because for this audience access is the message.
Results
The site is live at bossmedclinic.com, giving the clinic a trustworthy, low barrier front door that matches the care model behind it. The design keeps a wide, clinically complex service list legible and non intimidating, and makes the fastest path to help, a phone call or an appointment request, obvious from any point on the page.
